Students are to use this site as our online discussion of The Phantom Tollbooth. Family, friends, and peers are encouraged to sign on and blog with us. When the unit has been completed, the students should have at least 20 original and thoughtful entries posted. Your goal as bloggers is to express your ideas and extend the thinking of other bloggers.
How can you post a photo on the blog? I'm curious!

Actually, I DO know how to post pictures, but I only know how to post pictures by being the author of the blog. Wait... I'm confused.

Ozzy-I believe you can copy and paste it into your comment. If not, then you can email it to me and I can post it for you.

My new letter is an upside down T or a doubled faced L. Which ever one you prefer to think of it as. Have you ever been to France or have talked to some one from France? I haven't. But I do know that a lot of French words have silent Ts. It makes it very very difficult to say words or names with silent T's. In America we don't have silent T's which makes it confusing. For example, ballet, do you see the silent T? Exactly! People don't pronounce it ballET, they pronounce it as baley. But imagine it with a upside down T at the end. Nobody would ever pronounce it wrong again. You can buy this new letter at Dictionopolis. It will come and handy. So travel far and near to buy this letter today. No trades or give backs allowed. Have a great day!

My letter would be 2 K's back to back because I think it looks like a star, and that is what I see myself as, a star. It would make the c that sounds like an s. The reason I chose this is because I always get frusterated when I'm reading and I see a word like cell and I say kell. This will come in handy because when a word like that comes along, you won't have to think about what your going to say, you will just know it. Please come down to Dictionopolis today to get your very own Kray. (That is what I call it) This outstanding letter will start out as the same value as the letter Y so do not miss this sale!
ReplyDeleteNice bunny Stevey boy.
